Terms of Service

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the platform.

You may use ARE Academy solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any portion of the Services or the intellectual property contained within them. You may not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account, and you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your credentials.

Purchases, subscriptions, and paid features may be offered through the Services. By purchasing access, you agree to pay all applicable fees, understand that payments are generally non-refundable, and authorize ARE Academy or its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

All ARE Academy content—including questions, explanations, graphics, software, branding, and study materials—is owned by the company or licensed to it and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal study only. You may not republish, redistribute, or use ARE Academy materials to develop competing products or derivative works.

If you submit feedback, comments, ideas, or other user-generated content, you grant ARE Academy a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate such content into the Services without obligation or compensation.

ARE Academy does not guarantee any specific results from use of the platform, including achieving passing scores on any NCARB examination. ARE Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with NCARB, and any ARE-related trademarks belong solely to NCARB. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, current, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARE Academy and its owners, employees, partners, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or exam performance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for access during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ARE Academy harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

ARE Academy may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
